What We Provide

  • All-Inclusive Care: We supply unlimited premium timothy hay, fresh veggies (including kale, spinach, bell peppers, and more), vitamin C, clean water bottles, and bowls for rabbits. Owners need only bring pellets in a labeled Ziploc bag.
  • Spacious and Comfortable Housing:
    • Guinea Pigs: Housed in roomy Midwest Habitat enclosures.
    • Rabbits: Enjoy safe and enriching X-pens with plenty of space to play.
  • Daily Enrichment and Playtime:
    • Guinea Pigs: One hour of supervised open playtime daily, including foraging and tunnels.
    • Rabbits: Two hours of free-roam playtime in a specialized area with tunnels, hopping logs, and space for zoomies.

Boarding Rates:

  • Guinea Pigs:
    • First Guinea Pig: $10 per day
    • Each Additional Guinea Pig (Same Group): $5 per day
  • Rabbits: $15 per day (Limited space available)

Deposits:

  • Stays under $100: One-night deposit required.
  • Stays over $100: 50% deposit required.
  • Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable up to 5 days before the scheduled boarding date.

Check-In & Pick-Up Policies:

  • Check-In: Must be completed by 5:00 PM EST.
  • Pick-Up: By 2:00 PM EST on the scheduled pick-up day.
  • Extended Pick-Up Option: For an additional $20, pick-up can be extended until 6:00 PM EST.
  • Late Pick-Up Fees: $25 fee for pick-ups after 2:00 PM without prior scheduling.

Holiday Closures:

  • No drop-offs or pick-ups on the following dates:
    • November 28th
    • December 24th & 25th
    • January 1st
  • Sunday Closures: While we’re closed to the public on Sundays, your pets will still receive full care and enrichment.

Health Policy:

  • We cannot accept sick pets for boarding to ensure the safety of all animals in our care. If your pet shows signs of illness, please consult a veterinarian before booking.

Where is the boarding conducted?

Boarding for guinea pigs is conducted at our main location in Deltona, Florida. We provide a safe, comfortable environment where your pet will receive personalized care while you're away, ensuring peace of mind during the holidays.

Can I board my senior pet?

 

Yes, we do offer boarding for senior guinea pigs and rabbits. However, a senior care plan is required to ensure we can provide the special attention they may need, including planning for any emergencies. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your senior piggy's specific care needs before booking.

 

What do you provide for boarding?

 

For boarding, we provide fresh bedding, hay, water, and daily veggies. We require owners to provide their guinea pig’s pellets to ensure consistency in their diet. Guinea pigs are housed in spacious Midwest enclosures, and Rabbits are provided with x pens. we offer personalized care plans, and enrichment activities to meet each pet’s needs.

What type of enclosures do you provide for boarding?

For boarding, we provide Midwest-style cages (24x47) for one to two guinea pigs from the same household. For larger herds, we offer two midwest-style enclosures combined to form a 24x94 enclosure (16sqft). We can also customize a special enclosure if needed depending on availability. Rabbits are provided with an X-pen.  All enclosures are designed to meet the needs of your pets while providing a safe and cozy environment during their stay. Each pet will receive open play time to encourage enrichment and exercise. 

What type of enrichment is provided?

We provide a variety of enrichment activities to keep your pet happy and engaged during their stay. 

  • Guinea Pigs: One hour of supervised open playtime daily, including foraging, tunnels, safe chew toys, and hidey huts.
  • Rabbits: Two hours of free-roam playtime in a specialized area with tunnels, hopping logs, foraging activites and space for zoomies.
